How to manage attendees and export the list in Eventonomy, step by step. Open Eventonomy, then Attendees & Orders to see everyone registered across all events. Filter by status, by date with From and To, by name or email, or by event. Tick people and use Bulk actions (Set to going, Set to cancelled, Resend confirmation email), or cancel one registration from the three dots on its row. Click an event name to open that event's own list with the Answers column, and use Export attendees (CSV) to download it. An organizer has the same list under Manage attendees in the member dashboard.

In this tutorial you will manage the people who registered for your events in Eventonomy, and export the list. You need the free Eventonomy plugin, and an event with registrations. It takes about three minutes. There are six steps. Open Attendees and Orders. Find a person. Change registrations. Open the list of one event. Export the list. Then see what an organizer sees. Step one. Open Attendees and Orders. In your WordPress admin, open Eventonomy, then Attendees and Orders. The Attendees tab lists everyone registered, across all your events. The row of filters counts each status: Going, Maybe, Waitlist, Not going and Cancelled. Click one to see only those people. Step two. Find a person. From and To narrow the list by the date people registered. Search name or email finds one person. Type part of the name. The list beside it, All events, narrows the screen to one event. Then click Search. Each row shows the person, the event, the Status, and when they registered. Step three. Change registrations. Tick the people you want to change. Bulk actions has three choices: Set to going, Set to cancelled, and Resend confirmation email. Pick one and click Apply. For one person, open the three dots at the end of the row. Cancel RSVP asks you to confirm first. Step four. Open the list of one event. In any row, click the name of the event. The Event Workspace opens on its Attendees tab, with only the people registered for that event. This list has one more column, Answers, with what each person wrote on the registration form. Step five. Export the list. Above the list of one event, click Export attendees. It downloads that event as a spreadsheet file. The file has columns such as the name, the email, the status, the guests, the date registered, and one column for each question. On Attendees and Orders, the same button downloads the list as you have filtered it. With no filter, that is everyone. Step six. See what an organizer sees. Now signed in as the member who runs this event. In the member dashboard, under Hosting, Manage on an event opens Manage attendees, with the same people. Search attendees finds a person, and Export CSV downloads the list of this event. The last column, Change status, is where the organizer moves a person to another status. That is all six. Attendees and Orders opened, a person found, registrations changed, the list of one event opened, the list exported, and the organizer side seen. You know who is coming, and you can take the list with you. Next in this series: Add an attendee by hand, or promote from the waitlist.
